"Loved the proximity to the water activities & marine wildlife. Very disappointed with the 1 Bedroom Beachside Villa. It was bland, expensive, with no decor. We didn't expect a bathroom to be for people with disabilities & it was slippery & dangerous!
Meal offerings were minimal, inexpertly prepared & overpriced. We booked a 5 night stay. 2 or 3 at most would be enough."
"Un hotel muy bonito, como un encantador oasis dentro de una ciudad turística. Con mucho encanto, personal local súper amable, limpieza y buenos servicios.
La relacion calidad precio es increible.
Volvería sin ninguna duda. Un auténtico placer."
"The reception staff were very friendly and efficient. They spoke English well and were able to help with our enquiries. The one bedroom apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious with an ocean view. It had a kitchenette with cooking facilities and a good sized fridge. A couple of the restaurant spaces were undergoing renovation which unfortunately limited our food options but there are many choices just down the road only 10 mins walk away."
"Great location and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Having a kitchen and laundry in the rooms is very helpful. The shops underneath the hotel are great and there is a park across the road which the kids enjoyed."

Differently not up to Marriott standards although marketed as a Marriott Hotel. On line Marriott say the hotel is "Closed" and there is no name at the entrance or any directions to the property. Any member of the general public can and do use the pool and other areas of the property for a small daily fee. Overall we were very disappointed...
"Overcharged by almost $600 on checking out. The final bill was correct but when I later checked my credit card statement, the amount I’d been charged was more than double the actual bill.
The hotel immediately admitted their mistake and asked for my bank account details so they could refund me. But now, almost two weeks later, I’m yet to be reimbursed and they’re refusing to tell me when it will happen.
I’ve travelled all over the world and never experienced this before. Be very careful in...
